Shipping Information
Orders will usually ship out within 48 hours of the order being placed if items are in stock. Our normal shipping carrier is FedEx. If you have specific shipping or carrier needs, please contact us before placing your order to arrange shipping details. Please note that we only ship orders out Monday - Friday. Orders placed on holidays, weekends or after business hours (Monday - Friday: 7:00AM to 5:00 PM central time) we will shipped as quickly as possible in the order they were received. Keep in mind if you order on a Saturday and select next day delivery, your order will go out Monday, if it is in stock, and be shipped using Next Day delivery.
Shipping rates will be determined in the shopping cart before checkout. In most cases shipping charges are determined by the weight of the products that are added to your cart. To see the shipping rates for an order simply add the items you want to your cart, adjust the quantities if necessary, then enter the zip code for the shipping address. The shipping rates should be automatically calculated and displayed in your cart. In some cases large orders may require LTL or freight shipping. While these charges should accurately be reflected in your cart, a representative from Casters And More may need to contact you for further information and to confirm shipping details in some cases.
