All standard items returned, except for defects, are subject to a 15% restock charge and must be approved for return. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please check all merchandise
upon receipt for any obvious defects, and contact Casters And More within 10 days of receipt of shipment to arrange for refund and return shipping RMA. Return inquiries made after 10 days of receipt may be rejected.
